人民财讯12月26日电，12月26日，武汉有12宗涉宅用地出让，最终1宗溢价成交，11宗底价成交，总成交金额31.26亿元。其中，武昌区一住宅地吸引了8家房企参与竞拍，经过48轮竞价，由湖北保利投资有限公司（保利置业）以总价10.201亿元竞得，成交楼面价19505元/㎡，溢价率29.93%。
