5月7日，盈峰环境（000967）发布公告，中联重科股份有限公司（简称“中联重科”）在5月6日通过集中竞价方式减持2838万股，占公司总股本的0.87459%。同时，因公司“盈峰转债”处于转股期，其持股被动稀释0.07923%。
此次权益变动后，中联重科持有公司股份3.24亿股，占公司总股本的10%。
2026年一季度，盈峰环境实现收入39.22亿元，归母净利润2.14亿元。
