财联社5月15日电，据报道，知情人士透露，已于4月秘密提交IPO申请的SpaceX，计划最早于下周披露其招股说明书。在今年2月与马斯克的人工智能初创公司xAI合并后，SpaceX的估值达到1.25万亿美元。目前该公司正为这场预期中的历史性上市做准备。
