4月23日，澳柯玛（600336）发布公告，由于年度报告工作量大、过程繁杂，相关的审计和编制工作仍在进行中，预计无法按照原定于2025年4月26日的时间披露2024年年度报告及2025年第一季度报告。公司决定将这两份报告的披露时间调整至2025年4月30日。
2024年前三季度，澳柯玛实现收入63.82亿元，归母净利润283万元。
