武汉控股(600168)2月20日晚间公告，公司收到武汉市城投集团书面通知，武汉市城投集团正在筹划武汉控股通过发行股份及支付部分现金相结合的方式购买武汉市政院100%股权并配套募集资金事项。本次交易完成后，公司将直接持有武汉市政院100%股权。公司股票将于2025年2月21日星期五开市起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。
