北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）12月11日，中指研究院发布2024年11月十大城市二手房房价地图显示，2024年11月，北京二手住宅成交18763套，环比增长8%，同比增长49.6%，1—11月累计成交较去年同期增长8.2%。价格方面，11月，北京二手住宅价格环比下跌0.12%，较上月收窄0.17个百分点。
