2021年3月5日上午12时46分，寿县110指挥中心接到报警，称寿春镇众兴路与时苗路交叉口下水道有人溺水。县公安、消防救援、医疗等部门立即组织施救，截至14时15分，2名溺水人员被救出，经全力抢救无效，不幸身亡。
溺水原因正在调查之中。
