据南方+记者暗访，广东多家知名连锁酒店未落实布草一客一换，涉及希尔顿欢朋、维也纳、城市便捷、麗枫等酒店。暗访人员借助荧光标记测试发现，上述几家酒店都存在未更换的床单、枕套、毛巾或杯具，其中洗浴布草全都没有全部更换，枕套仅一家酒店进行了更换。
