人民财讯5月15日电，阳光诺和(688621)5月15日公告，为满足公司全资子公司广东诺和智肽生物科技有限公司（简称“诺和智肽”）的正常经营需要，公司拟以自有资金7000万元向诺和智肽进行增资。增资完成后，诺和智肽注册资本将由3000万元增加至1亿元，仍为公司全资子公司。
