关于发布我市租赁住房单间租住人数上限和人均最低租住面积标准的通告
经市政府第95次常务会议研究同意，吕梁市行政区域内，租赁住房单间租住人数不得超过2人，人均租住使用面积不低于6㎡，但承租人与同住人之间具有赡养、抚养、抚养义务关系及医疗护理等特殊情况的除外。
