根据国家金融监督管理总局2026年5月9日公告，天安财产保险股份有限公司重庆分公司因存在编制虚假财务资料、违规承保异地雇主责任险、利用保险代理人虚构中介业务套取费用等违规行为，被罚款33万元，其分支机构被罚款169万元。同时，舒畅、贺世利、杨平等17名责任人被给予警告并处罚款共计46万元。
