据香港《信报》报道，恒生财务总监苏雪冰将出任汇丰亚洲及中东地区暂代财务主管，今年3月起生效；汇丰现任亚洲及中东地区财务主管Jonathon Lee则调任恒生出任财务总监。
1月27日，恒生银行股份于香港联交所的上市地位被撤销。退市后，恒生银行成为香港上海汇丰银行有限公司和汇丰控股有限公司的全资附属公司。
