市本级范围内新增首次登记小区为彩虹龙街3号楼、5号楼，请该小区业主联系开发建设单位办理首次转移登记。
为方便广大群众，登记机构在市政务服务中心（河汾路锣鼓桥东头）、“立等办”一站式服务大厅（鼓楼东大街建行三楼）、尧都区政务服务中心均设立受理窗口，业主可就近办理。
