连日来，在金华市金东区江东镇横店村武义江边，村民运来刚加工好的湿粉干，放在竹帘上晾晒。因阳光充足，半天就能晒干。
粉干是江东镇的传统特色美食，采用早籼米为原料，经过淘洗、浸泡、磨粉、挤丝、蒸煮、水洗等工序制作而成，是当地村民经济收入一个重要来源。(时宽兵)
