2024年1月29日上午，香港高等法院举行中国恒大清盘聆讯，最终，法官现场裁定中国恒大清盘。2022年6月24日，佳盛环球向香港高等法院提出对中国恒大的清盘呈请，涉及债权金额为8.625亿港元。 在经过先后7次押后聆讯之后，中国恒大最终被判令清盘。
