根据《北京市积分落户操作管理细则》中的创新创业指标:
在近三年获得股权类现金融资达到一定条件的国家高新技术企业或科技型中小企业工作，且持股比例不低于 10%的申请人，可依据统一确定的条件和标准积分。最高加6分。
目前海淀区暂无高新技术企业对人才的专项政策，仅享受北京市统一的针对北京市积分落户政策。
