“海巡06”轮是台湾海峡目前体型最大、能力最强的公务执法船。它长128.6米，宽16米，能到达全球除南北极外的所有海域。船上有直升机库，支持昼夜起降，也能在各种海况下实施人命救治，还可全天候发现、跟踪和监视目标。
