5月13日，瑛泰医疗（01501）发布公告，公司已获得香港联交所的上市批准，允许其将12名股东持有的7179万股内资股转换为H股并上市。此次转换的H股占公司于公告日已发行股份总数的33.99%。
根据公告，转换完成后公司的股本结构将发生变化，H股数量将从1.39亿股增加至2.11亿股，内资股将全部转换为H股，数量降至0。
