5月12日，久其软件（002279）发布公告，披露关于2024年度限制性股票激励计划第一个解除限售期解除限售的事项。
根据公告，符合解除限售条件的激励对象共计13名，可解除限售的限制性股票数量为400万股，占公司目前总股本的0.4639%。解除限售的股票将于2026年5月15日上市流通。
2026年一季度，久其软件实现收入2.55亿元，归母净利润-8569万元。
