财联社5月11日电，液冷服务器概念盘中持续走高，冰轮环境、大元泵业、英威腾、博杰股份、海鸥股份涨停，永贵电器涨超10%，通源环境、中石科技、溯联股份等跟涨。消息面上，以英伟达为代表的AI芯片功耗正以代际翻倍的速度提升。从B200的1000W到未来Rubin系列R300的4000W+，单机柜功率密度已跃升至140kW以上，远超风冷系统15kW的经济散热上限。液冷已成为支撑高密度算力部署的唯一选择。
