5月9日，首创集团董事长刘永政在首创长租房品牌发布会上表示，首创长租力争两年内管理规模达到3万间，稳居北京市场占有率前列；“十五五”时期，管理规模达到5万间，达成北京市场第一，形成轻重结合、多产品线协同的业务格局，并择机推动长租REITs发行。
