格隆汇5月7日丨瀛晟科学(00209.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，继股东于股东特别大会上批准更改公司名称后，公司英文名称已由"Winshine Science Company Limited"更改为"Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co.Ltd"，并已采纳"香港万维智能科技有限公司"作为公司中文第二名称，两者均依据百慕达公司注册处处长于2026年4月9日发出更改名称证明书及第二名称证书，自2026年4月9日起生效。
