罗氏已达成协议，收购美国数字病理企业PathAI。交易预付金额7.5亿美元，另附最高3亿美元的业绩里程碑付款。交易预计于2026年下半年完成交割。交割完成后，PathAI将归入罗氏诊断业务板块。PathAI旗下AISightIMS软件可在数字病理实验室中整合人工智能分析功能。
