吴说获悉，Bitmine Immersion（BMNR）宣布任命 Young Kim 出任 CFO 兼 COO，并加入董事会，向董事长 Thomas Lee 汇报。公司表示，Kim 具备逾 20 年金融、风投与工程背景，将协助推进业务扩张与战略执行。此外，Bitmine 将于 1 月 15 日 在拉斯维加斯召开年度股东大会，讨论董事会改选、授权股本上调及激励计划等事项。
