12月5日，远大控股（000626）发布公告，拟以8101万元收购控股子公司福建凯立生物制品有限公司14.8834%股权。此次收购是基于之前签署的股权转让协议，完成后凯立生物将成为公司的全资子公司。
根据业绩承诺与补偿协议，凯立生物在2021至2023年度累计实现净利润为1.24亿元，低于承诺的1.26亿元，业绩承诺方已向公司支付现金补偿款939万元。
2025年前三季度，远大控股实现收入634.84亿元，归母净利润3218万元。
