就近期多地门店关闭情况，11月11日，西贝发布公开信回应，称开、闭店属餐饮行业正常经营行为，今年西贝深圳、汕头、义乌等地门店闭店均属于正常调整范畴。
同时，西贝表示，在部分门店调整的同时，近期西贝也陆续有新店开业。在12月31日前，西贝还将陆续开业8家门店。（时代财经 李馨婷）
