格隆汇11月6日｜抚顺特钢(600399.SH)公告称，公司与中信银行抚顺分行签署补充协议，将原贷款协议约定的贷款期限由1年延长至3年，借款用途不变。该贷款用于公司股份回购事项，原贷款额度为不超过1亿元。
