格隆汇9月18日丨鑫科材料(600255.SH)公布，收到控股股东四川融鑫弘梓科技有限公司（简称“四川融鑫”）《告知函》。截至2025年9月18日，四川融鑫通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式，增持公司股份365.53万股，累计持股18,061.47万股，持股比例由9.80%增加至10.00%，触及1%及5%整数倍。本次增持计划的资金来源为自有及自筹资金。
