7月29日消息，国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局公布的行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国工商银行股份有限公司广州五羊支行在贷款业务方面存在严重违反审慎经营规则的违规行为，监管部门对该支行处以280万元罚款。
与此同时，时任该支行副行长的李科黎，因对上述贷款业务严重违反审慎经营规则的问题负有责任，受到警告处分，并被罚款5万元。
