消息面上，*ST苏吴发布公告称，公司收到证监会下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》，因公司2020年至2023年年度报告存在虚假记载，可能被实施重大违法强制退市，公司股票自7月14日起将被上交所叠加实施退市风险警示。
