在世界经济论坛第十六届新领军者年会上，北京大学国家发展研究院院长黄益平在接受第一财经记者采访时表示，二季度数据显示政策效果逐步显现，不过结构上还存在供强需弱现象。货币政策、财政政策可以再加点码，宏观政策要做托底给与市场更多信心。
