运机集团4月27日公告，公司与几内亚银谷国际有限公司签订《几内亚银谷国际有限公司铝土矿项目128公里长距离越野转弯带式输送系统工程总承包(EPC)合同》，合同暂定含税总价为4.06亿美元（约合人民币29.26亿元），约占公司2024年度经审计营业收入的190.53%。
