格隆汇4月8日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公布，公司的全资下属公司
Photon Energy Holding Limited（以下简称“Photon
Energy”或“买方”）拟以约1,185.54万美元收购关联方JinkoSolar Sweihan (HK) Limited（以下简称“Sweihan
香港”或“卖方”）持有的 Sweihan Solar Holding CompanyLimited（以下简称“Sweihan
Holding”或“标的公司”）50%股权。标的公司持有阿布扎比 1,209 兆瓦光伏电站（以下简称“Sweihan 电站”）项目公司的
40%股权。本次收购完成后，公司将间接持有 Sweihan 电站
20%权益。
