当地时间2月13日，据《每日体育报》报道，巴塞罗那与门将佩尼亚的续约情况目前尚不明朗。
特尔施特根的受伤给了佩尼亚成为首发门将的机会，但主教练弗里克决定将首发位置交给什琴斯尼。据悉，无论是对球员本人还是对俱乐部来说，佩尼亚的续约目前都是悬而未决的。
佩尼亚与巴塞罗那的合同将在2026年6月30日到期，俱乐部尚未确认将与佩尼亚就续约问题进行会面。
