挪威油气巨头Equinor英国子公司与壳牌英国子公司12月5日宣布，将把双方在英海上油气资产和专业技术合并，新公司将成为英国北海最大的独立生产商。声明称，成立合资公司旨在维持英国国内的油气生产以及能源供应安全。
这笔交易仍需获得批准，预计将于明年年底前完成。
