9月30日早间，网友发帖称，国信证券旗下金太阳App出现行情界面一片空白、无法交易的情况。有投资者打国信证券客服电话咨询，客服表示由于单太大导致交易软件崩溃，目前同行招商、华泰等券商也出现类似的问题，投资者可以进行电话委托下单。（证券时报）
