人民财讯5月16日电，5月16日，Faraday Future（简称FF）宣布，公司已与机构投资者签署了2500万美元股份购买协议，预计此次融资所得将进一步加速FF EAI战略的落地实施。根据最新协议，投资者已认购FF总本金为2500万美元的可转换本票，本次融资对应的普通股目前尚未注册，存在交易限制，暂不可立即流通。
