禾丰股份(603609)5月13日公告，经自查，公司部分控股子公司需转出2023年至2025年的增值税进项税金5021.94万元，补缴税费及滞纳金1207.62万元。截至本公告披露日，公司已将上述税费及滞纳金缴纳完毕，本次补缴税费事宜不涉及行政处罚。上述进项税金转出、补缴税费及滞纳金将计入公司2026年度当期损益，对公司2026年度归母净利润的具体影响金额最终以会计师事务所审计数据为准。
