5月11日，ST百利（603959）发布公告，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司立案。
公告指出，目前，公司各项生产经营活动均正常开展。立案调查期间，公司将积极配合中国证监会的调查工作。
2026年一季度，ST百利实现收入8801万元，归母净利润-4775万元。
