做法：
1. 鸡蛋打散，锅里放少许油，把蛋液煎成薄蛋饼，再切成蛋皮丝备用。
2. 锅里倒开水烧开，把虾滑挤成丸子下锅，煮到全部变色浮起来。
3. 加入煎好的蛋皮丝，再放一把紫菜和葱花。
4. 加1勺生抽、少许盐和白胡椒粉调味，搅匀就能出锅啦！
