智通财经APP讯，正道集团(01188)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)将取得净溢利不少于3000万港元，而2024年同期则取得净亏损约1400万港元。
公告称，上述预期由净亏损转为净溢利乃主要由于(i)报告期间车载电池及备品备件业务的收入回升;(ii)报告期间行政开支减少;以及报告期间处置附属公司收益。
