财联社2月18日电，乌克兰最高拉达(议会)第一副主席科尔尼延科当地时间17日表示，为了准备关于选举的法律并直接组织冲突期间的选举过程，乌克兰至少需要60天的全面停火。科尔尼延科表示，乌克兰法律规定常规选举需90天，提前选举需60天。60天是最短期限，整个选举过程必须在完全安全的环境下进行。
