1月27日，中国生物制药旗下正大天晴宣布，其针对慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染的口服1类新药——核心蛋白变构调节剂TQA3605在Ⅱ期临床研究中达到主要研究终点。TQA3605所有剂量组联合核苷（酸）类药物（NAs）治疗24周后，HBV DNA低于定量检测值下限（20 IU/mL）的受试者均接近90%。
