人民财讯12月26日电，海汽集团(603069)12月26日公告，公司原计划通过发行股份及支付现金购买海南旅投持有的海南旅投免税品公司（简称“海旅免税”）全部股权，并募集配套资金。但因国内免税市场竞争激烈、消费需求放缓等因素影响，海旅免税业绩未达预期，导致重组推进受阻。目前，是否能最终完成收购存在重大不确定性。
