【财华社讯】中国油气控股(00702.HK)公布，公司于2025年3月31日在公司清盘案2022年第281宗被高等法院根据《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》颁令清盘，而破产管理署署长凭藉其职位成为该公司的临时清盘人。
该公司股份自2025年3月31日上午10时50分起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。
