西苑医院济宁医院研究团队在探讨长链非编码RNA Lnc-CHAF1B-2在胃癌发展中的作用相关研究中，使用RFect siRNA转染试剂将靶向Lnc-CHAF1B-2的siRNA转染到人胃癌细胞系AGS细胞中进行敲低实验。qRT-PCR结果显示，转染后实验组中Lnc-CHAF1B-2的表达与对照组相比可被敲低80%左右。
