格隆汇9月2日丨*ST有树(300209.SZ)公布，公司董事会近日收到公司财务总监张秀芳女士递交的书面辞职报告，张秀芳女士因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务。辞职后，张秀芳女士将不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。为保证公司各项工作的正常开展，在聘任新的财务总监前，暂由公司总经理肖燕女士代行财务总监职责。截至本公告披露日，张秀芳女士未持有公司股份。
