中信证券2月27日研报指出，新房和二手房市场正在明显快速复苏，此前不被看好的三四线城市也在复苏之列。且由于政策可持续，我们相信复苏持续性也比较强。我们看好销售很可能超预期，此前拿地积极的房地产开发企业，以及受益于销售复苏的房地产服务商。
