2021年4月10日，国药同煤总医院一名医务人员在网络媒体发布收取医疗回扣的相关视频。国药同煤总医院对此高度重视，已组建专项调查组开展深入调查。国药同煤总医院对医疗回扣问题始终坚持零容忍态度，任何违纪违规行为一旦查实，将严肃处理，绝不姑息。
