三湘都市报3月30日讯（记者 李成辉 通讯员 张旺 尹明前 郭子峰）记者从省气象局获悉，30日17时左右，怀化鹤城区、芷江、麻阳等中北部县市均出现冰雹，冰雹声密集，部分冰雹有乒乓球大小，并伴随雷雨大风。
据悉，怀化市气象台已提前发布冰雹预警，影响区域气象台站值班人员均全部到岗，随时准备开展冰雹应急加密观测。
